Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior District Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases, based in the Gulf Coast territory (Dallas, New Orleans, Birmingham, Pensacola, Little Rock, Oklahoma City, Jackson). You will lead a high-performing team, drive district strategy, and influence cross-functional partners to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

Required: 8+ years in sales/commercial roles, 2+ years in sales management, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in sales and/or cross-functional commercial roles in healthcare.
• 2+ years of direct sales management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and regional direction into district strategy with clear priorities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing immunology district team.
• Coach and mentor to strengthen selling and clinical execution.
• Drive demand generation and care transition execution across settings.
