Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience managing sales teams for FDA-approved products.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of RDAEs to achieve sales objectives for Immunology Autoantibody products.
• Shape and implement local ecosystem strategic plans and account-level strategies within assigned budgets.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to inform brand strategy and drive business results.
• Engage with key influencers (KOLs, C-suite) to advocate for product offerings.
