Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electric utility design engineering or utility consulting.
• ABET-accredited B.S. in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial).
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license; Pennsylvania licensure or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform design engineering for electric utility customers.
• Develop work packages for OH, UG, URD, and Make Ready using GIS and WMS systems (ArcGIS, Smallworld, Maximo).
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget of assigned work.
• Perform planning tasks and customer follow-up.
• Analyze scope and maintain adherence to client priorities.
• Drive workflow improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with utilities and field/office teams for large, complex projects.
