TBC Corporation in Richmond, VA seeks a Distribution Center Senior Manager to lead daily site operations, drive SOP adherence, and manage P&L. The role includes initial leadership at vacant or underperforming centers and requires willingness to relocate.

You will oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, routes, and safety programs, while guiding a team, controlling labor costs, and partnering with HR on staffing and development. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Competenze

• A 4-year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Business or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum of five years of relevant leadership experience.
• Must be open to immediate relocation and up to 75% travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP/Routing software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and integrity.

Mansioni

• Oversee all elements of distribution center operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Ensure SOPs are consistently applied to achieve performance indicators.
• Protect company assets including inventory, equipment, and facility.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and vehicles and resolve issues affecting safe, efficient operation.
• Manage labor and delivery costs to align with annual business plans.
• Drive safety initiatives and on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Wholesale and Franchise teams to meet service level agreements.
