Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations at our facility. You will manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, and routing while ensuring SOPs are followed and safety standards are met.

Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, protect assets, and coordinate with teams to meet KPIs and customer expectations. A strong logistics background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, distribution, or related field.
• Demonstrated management experience including leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management.
• Ensures SOPs are consistently applied and supports process improvements.
• Leads daily team safety meetings and pre-/post-trip inspections.
• Protects company assets including inventory, equipment, and facility.
• Maintains facility, equipment, and vehicles to ensure safe, efficient operations.
