Job summary

CSG Talent in Missouri is seeking a Senior Distribution Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead a high-volume food distribution operation onsite. You will develop people, drive performance, ensure compliance and improve distribution processes. Relocation assistance is available, and there is potential relocation to other U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• 3–5+ years of leadership in warehouse/distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience developing frontline supervisors and leaders.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory and material flow.
• Experience using KPIs and root-cause analysis to improve performance.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly regulated food/distribution settings.
• Willingness to relocate domestically as needed.
• Up to 20% travel to other company locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach hourly employees and frontline leaders.
• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, warehouse and distribution tasks.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in throughput, service and cost.
• Establish and report KPIs; take corrective actions.
• Ensure SOPs and processes are followed; support regulatory compliance.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, safety.
• Grow talent and succession through development plans.
