Job summary

TBC Corporation's Distribution Center Supervisor role ensures consistent SOP adherence while collaborating with leadership to improve processes and support network design initiatives. Reporting to the DC Manager, you will supervise daily warehouse operations, safety meetings, asset protection, and on-time customer deliveries, driving KPIs.

This on-site position requires an associate degree or equivalent, leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office, and flexibility for nights, holidays, and

Qualifications

• An Associate degree in Logistics, Business or related disciplines preferred or equivalent experience in a distribution/transport environment.
• Demonstrated management experience including leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time.
• Minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Safety-first mentality and proactive team player with strong customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control and route management.
• Ensures timely and accurate completion of picking, receiving, put-away, load/ship, and returns per SOPs.
• Leads daily safety meetings and pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Protects company assets including inventory, equipment and facility.
• Maintains facility, equipment and vehicles to support safe, efficient operations.
