Job summary

TBC Corporation seeks a Distribution Center Assistant Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate picking/receiving and adherence to SOPs while driving safety and asset protection. You will collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and meet KPIs.

Required are 2+ years in a distribution environment, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and routing tools. On-site role with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level experience not required but preferred in distribution or transportation environments.
• Demonstrated management experience including leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP/routing tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervises elements of daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and route management as required.
• Supervises the timely and accurate completion of all picking, receiving, put away, load/ship of all orders, product returns. Ensure SOPs are consistently applied.
• Leads daily team safety meetings and daily pre-trip & post-trip inspections.
• Protects company assets including inventory, equipment, and facility.
• Maintains the facility, equipment and vehicles and resolves issues affecting safe, efficient operation.
