Job summary

CSG Talent seeks a Senior Distribution Supervisor/Assistant Manager for a high-volume food manufacturing and distribution site in southwest Missouri. The role is onsite, day-shift, with relocation support for future career moves.

You will lead hourly staff, drive throughput, ensure compliance and build a culture of accountability while developing frontline leaders. Relocation assistance is available and travel to other locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Food Science or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in a medium-to-large warehouse, distribution center or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading frontline teams and developing supervisors or other operational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop and performance-manage hourly employees and frontline leadership teams.
• Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, warehouse and distribution activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Ensure SOPs and processes are consistently followed across distribution operations.
• Support food safety, quality, workplace safety and environmental compliance requirements.
