Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a National Coordinator (Sr Dispatcher) to oversee dispatch operations for fleet repairs and maintenance across multiple markets. This overnight role requires professional judgment and coordination with internal partners, customers, and third‑party vendors.

The National Coordinator will model best practices, guide less experienced staff, and uphold Cox Fleet standards for service quality and customer experience. Overtime may be available based on demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in dispatching, scheduling, or logistics
• Working knowledge of fleet maintenance operations and trucking/transport logistics
• Strong communication, multitasking, diplomacy, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service events from client request to repair completion
• Dispatch to maximize KPI performance and timely technician assignment
• Ensure technicians receive events promptly and solicit additional work when needed
• Re-assign events not completed in the first assignment
• Allocate work with time-based KPIs in mind
• Identify KPI gaps and work with leaders to address them
• Audit open work requests across markets for daily updates
• Monitor events, track ETA, and inform customers/leadership of delays or issues
