Job summary

Riveron seeks a Senior Director to lead enterprise-wide technology and systems transformations, including ERP modernization and M&A-driven integration. You will advise C-suite stakeholders, shape strategy, and oversee multi-platform delivery to drive profitability and cash flow improvements.

You will build and mentor high-performing teams, expand Riveron's transformation offerings, and partner with private equity sponsors to deliver measurable value across complex programs and global geographies.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP modernization and implementation, enterprise architecture, infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, M&A.
• Experience advising CIO on enterprise technology strategy and operating model transformation.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-geography tech transformations.
• Experience in M&A tech due diligence, integration, carve-outs, TSA planning.
• Strong consulting background with executive advisory and business development.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology transformation strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Advise executives on IT strategy, operating models, portfolios, and investments.
• Lead architecture development and business case creation for scalability.
• Expand Riveron's transformation offerings and methods.
• Oversee tech workstreams for mergers, carve-outs, and divestitures.
• Establish governance, PMOs, risk management, and change strategies.
• Lead enterprise architecture assessments and cloud adoption planning.
• Provide trusted executive advisory throughout transformation.
