Job summary

Riveron seeks a Senior Director to lead Business Performance Improvement and System Transformation within the Strategy practice in the United States. You will shape enterprise technology strategy, oversee ERP modernization, cloud transitions, and multi-geography programs, and drive value for C-suite and PE sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization and implementation.
• CIO/IT executive advisory experience or senior consulting experience advising the Office of the CIO on strategy, operating models, and large-scale programs.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional, multi-geography technology transformation programs, including ERP and infrastructure modernization.
• Experience in M&A environments including technology due diligence, integration planning, and Day 1/Day 100 readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology transformation strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Advise executives on IT operating models, investment priorities, and architecture.
• Lead current/future-state architecture development and business case creation.
• Expand Riveron’s transformation offerings and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Lead technology workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, and divestitures.
