Job summary

Riveron seeks a Senior Director to lead enterprise‑scale technology and systems transformation initiatives, including ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and data strategy. You will advise C‑suite leaders and private equity sponsors on strategy, operating models, and value realization.

You will oversee multi‑platform programs, grow Riveron’s transformation offerings, and develop high‑performing teams. The role requires 15–20+ years of experience and deep ERP/M&A expertise across geographies.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP modernization and implementation across large organizations.
• Experience as CIO/VP of IT or senior executive technology leader or significant consulting experience advising the Office of the CIO on technology strategy.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, multi-geography transformations including ERP, cloud migrations, and post‑merger integrations.
• Significant experience in M&A technology due diligence, integration planning, separation, and TSA execution.
• Strong consulting background with client relationship management and business development capabilities.
• Deep expertise across infrastructure, cloud, data architecture, cybersecurity, and ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology and systems transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Advise executives, boards, and PE sponsors on technology strategy and operating models.
• Lead current/future‑state architecture, business case development, and value realization.
• Expand Riveron’s transformation offerings across ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and enterprise architecture.
• Lead workstreams for mergers, carve‑outs, data migration, and system separation.
• Establish governance structures, PMOs, risk frameworks, and change management.
• Oversee ERP modernization projects and application portfolio rationalization.
• Define standards aligning infrastructure, cloud, data, and security with strategy.
• Serve as trusted advisor through the transformation lifecycle.
