Job summary

Riveron seeks a Senior Director to lead Business Performance Improvement and System Transformation, shaping enterprise technology strategy and modernization programs, including ERP upgrades, cloud adoption, and data architecture. You will work with C‑suite and PE sponsors to drive value across multi‑geography transformations.

You will oversee multi‑platform program delivery, expand Riveron’s transformation offerings, and lead business development and talent growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Management; MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years of enterprise technology and business transformation leadership.
• Experience advising CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and boards on technology strategy.
• Proven cross‑geography transformation programs, ERP modernization and cloud migrations.
• Strong consulting background with client relationship management and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology and systems transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Advise executives on IT operating models, architecture, and data strategy.
• Lead merger, acquisition, and divestiture technology workstreams and due diligence.
• Grow Riveron’s Systems & Technology Transformation offerings and delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
