Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting/advisory or corporate role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field of study.
• Proven talent for sustaining long-term client relationships.
• Skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals.
• Thrives in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by client location.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and develop solutions to strategic problems in finance and operations.
• Run smaller projects autonomously.
• Lead market-facing practice development initiatives such as thought leadership and white papers.
• Contribute to developing future practice leaders.
• Provide guidance and resolution support to teams across multiple client engagements.
• Partner with executives for business development activities.
