Riveron is seeking a Senior Director for Business Performance Improvement focused on System Transformation. This role shapes enterprise technology strategy, leads ERP modernization, and oversees multi-platform program delivery across global client engagements.

The candidate will advise C-suite and PE sponsors, expand service offerings, and build high-performing teams while driving growth in Riveron’s Systems & Technology Transformation practice.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading enterprise technology and business transformation.
• ERP modernization and enterprise architecture experience required.
• Cross-geography program leadership and large-scale deliverables.
• C-suite and private equity sponsor engagement track record.
• Strong consulting background with executive advisory and business development.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology and systems transformation strategies aligned to business goals.
• Lead multi-workstream programs including ERP modernization and cloud adoption.
• Advise boards and executive sponsors on technology strategy and investment priorities.
• Expand Riveron’s transformation offerings and drive client value realization.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams; oversee governance and PMO structures.
• Lead business development, proposals, and cross-sell across service lines.
