Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Director - Business Performance Improvement in Detroit to shape and lead enterprise‑scale technology and systems transformation programs, including ERP modernization and cloud migrations. You will advise C‑suite and PE sponsors, drive strategy, and oversee multi‑platform delivery while expanding Riveron’s transformation offerings.

You will lead complex programs, build high‑performing teams, and play a pivotal role in business development and client governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience advising CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and private equity on strategy and operating models.
• Proven record of ERP modernization, cloud migrations and multi-geography programs.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology and systems transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Advise senior leadership on IT operating models, portfolios, and cyber considerations.
• Lead architecture development, migrations, and data‑driven value realization.
• Drive business development and expand Riveron’s transformation offerings.
• Recruit, mentor, and build high‑performing consulting teams.
