Riveron seeks a Senior Director to lead System Transformation within the Strategy practice in San Jose, CA. The role shapes enterprise technology strategy, drives ERP modernization, and leads multi-platform transformation programs for C-suite and private equity clients.

You will oversee business development, advisory services, and cross-functional teams, aligning technology with growth objectives and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience as a CIO or senior technology leader or senior consulting advisor.
• Proven success in multi-geography ERP implementations and transformations.
• Strong ability to influence executives and guide large-scale programs.
• Deep expertise across infrastructure, cloud, data, and ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology and systems transformation strategies aligned to business goals.
• Advise executives and sponsors on technology strategy, operating models, and investments.
• Lead transformation programs including ERP modernization and cloud migrations.
• Oversee PMOs, risk management, and governance for complex programs.
• Develop and expand Riveron’s technology transformation offerings and IP.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting teams.
