Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Senior Director of Business Performance Improvement to shape and lead enterprise‑wide technology and systems transformations, including ERP modernization and cloud adoption, while advising C‑suite and PE sponsors on strategy and value realization.

The role drives multi‑platform program delivery, expands Riveron’s transformation offerings, and leads business development, talent growth, and high‑performing teams, with a focus on measurable outcomes across large organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15–20+ years leading enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience as a CIO/VP of IT or senior executive technology leader or senior‑level consulting.
• Proven cross‑functional and multi‑geography transformation program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology and systems transformation strategies including ERP modernization.
• Advise senior leadership and private equity on technology strategy and operating models.
• Lead technology workstreams for mergers, carve‑outs, and divestitures; Day 1/Day 100 planning.
• Develop governance structures, PMOs, risk management, and change management for programs.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, application portfolio and technology standards.
