Job summary

Riveron seeks a Senior Director of Business Performance Improvement to shape and lead enterprise-wide technology and systems transformations, including ERP modernization, cloud transformation, and operating model alignment.

The role advises C-suite and private equity sponsors on strategy, oversees multi-platform delivery, and drives growth across the Systems & Technology Transformation practice while leading business development and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Management or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior leadership.
• 15–20+ years leading enterprise technology and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise technology strategy and system transformation programs.
• Advise C-suite and PE sponsors on digital transformation and operating models.
• Oversee ERP modernization, architecture redesign, and data platform initiatives.
• Drive business development and expand Riveron’s transformation offerings.
• Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams.
