Job summary

Riveron seeks a Senior Director for Business Performance Improvement - System Transformation in Chicago to lead enterprise-wide tech transformations, including ERP modernization and cloud adoption. You will advise C-suite and private equity sponsors on strategy, operating models, and technology investments.

You will shape governance, PMO, and value realization, expanding Riveron’s transformation offerings while guiding complex programs across ERP platforms and data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15–20+ years leading enterprise technology and business transformation.
• Experience as CIO/VP IT or senior tech leader; advisory to CIO.
• Cross-geography transformation, ERP implementations and modernization.
• M&A tech due diligence, separation, and Day 1/Day 100 planning.
• Strong consulting background with client relationship and business development.
• Deep ERP expertise: SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Advise executives on technology strategy and operating models.
• Lead architecture development and business-case creation.
• Expand Riveron’s transformation offerings and drive growth.
• Lead workstreams for mergers, divestitures, and carve-outs.
• Establish governance, PMO, risk management for complex programs.
• Oversee ERP modernization and enterprise architecture.
• Define architecture standards aligning with business goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor throughout the transformation lifecycle.
