Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice seeks a Senior Director to lead and deliver operationally focused transaction projects. You will guide teams through due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning, and value creation initiatives for portfolio and corporate clients.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive EBITDA upside, implement performance improvements, and shape client strategies in dynamic, complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in operational due diligence and value creation engagements.
• Experience in integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
• Experience in industries such as Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer Products, or Retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the transaction lifecycle including due diligence and integration planning.
• Drive EBITDA upside and operational risk mitigation.
• Oversee buy-side carve-outs and post-close value creation efforts.
• Plan 100-day and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop client-ready strategies and manage cross-functional teams.
• Build long-lasting relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.
