Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, invites a Senior Director to lead and execute value creation and operational improvement initiatives within Strategy and Execution. You will guide projects through due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning, and post‑acquisition value delivery while managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.

You will frequently travel and be based in a commutable distance to client sites or EY offices, delivering measurable EBITDA improvements and strategic impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in strategy/operations consulting or MBA with 7+ years.
• Experience in strategy & operations management consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and modeling skills.
• Experience in due diligence, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience with integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs.
• Industry exposure to Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer, or Retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee EBITDA upside, operational risk as part of due diligence.
• Plan buy-side carve-out and integration efforts.
• Drive 100-day and ongoing value creation planning.
• Support post-close performance improvements and exit readiness.
