Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a part of EY, seeks a Director to lead Strategy and Execution Value Creation engagements in a high-impact, client-facing role in the United States. You will guide teams across due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition value realizations, delivering tangible EBITDA improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, client relationship management, and bringing rigor to operational transformation within a global professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field; 5 years of related work experience
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and modeling skills
• Experience in operational due diligence, transformation and performance improvement
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs
• Experience in value creation engagements across Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer Products, and Retail

Responsibilities

• Lead operational projects across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence and value creation planning
• Oversee buy-side carve-out and integration planning to enable fast value realization
• Drive post-acquisition 100-day and ongoing performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and client engagements to deliver EBITDA upside
• Support business development and client relationship building at senior levels
