Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Senior Director to guide Value Creation initiatives within Strategy and Execution. You will lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and post-acquisition value plans, driving EBITDA upside and sustainable improvements.

You’ll work within EY-Parthenon’s hybrid model, engaging clients across Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer Products, and Retail to deliver tangible results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field and 8 years of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills, and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, operational transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee EBITDA upside, operational risk, carve-outs, integrations and 100-day value creation planning.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and client negotiations to maximize value.
