Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States seeks a Director to lead operational value creation engagements within Strategy and Execution. You’ll oversee end-to-end initiatives across transactions, including due diligence, carve‑outs, integration planning and value creation programs.

You’ll manage cross‑functional teams, develop senior client relationships, and translate complex data into actionable insights while leveraging EY’s AI tools to maximize EBITDA and sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~3 years of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Analytical, problem solving and modeling skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience in due diligence, transformation and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational focused projects across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, carve-outs, integration planning and 100-day/value creation initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff to achieve career goals.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships, influencing key decision makers.
• Contribute to business development through client pursuits and presentations.
• Ensure effective prioritization and agile adaptation on complex client engagements.
