Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a part of EY, is seeking a Senior Director to lead and execute operational value-creation engagements within its Strategy and Execution practice in the US. You’ll guide projects from diligence through integration, driving EBITDA upside and synergies across several sectors.

In this role, you’ll manage cross-functional teams, develop client opportunities, and mentor junior staff while navigating a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field and 8 years of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in operational due diligence, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs with quantitative/qualitative analysis.
• Experience on value creation engagements in Industrials, Business Services, Energy, Consumer Products, and Retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Oversee due diligence, carve-outs, and integration planning to realize synergies.
• Drive value creation through revenue enhancement, cost and margin improvements, and working capital reduction.
