KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts in the United States. The role leads a high-performing team to grow strategic relationships, drive new business, and maximize retention across major customers.

You will work closely with Dealers, Service, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align resources and achieve business objectives. The position emphasizes strategic vision, sales execution excellence, and KPI achievement, with travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in the office product industry.
• 2+ years in major, national, or government account sales.
• Experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% case workloads.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Review existing account base and identify ideal customer size, industry, and geography.
• Hire and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives to meet objectives.
• Lead Solutions Architects to support growth, retention, and customer value.
• Utilize Kyocera CRM and Power BI to track funnel growth and activity.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews to the Executive Leadership team.
• Coordinate with the National Account Center for strong customer support.
