As the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, you will lead a high‑performing team focused on supporting and growing relationships with many of Kyocera’s most strategic customers. This role is responsible for driving new business growth, maximizing customer retention, and fostering long‑term partnerships that deliver mutual value. The Senior Director sets the vision and strategy for account management, ensures excellence in sales execution, and collaborates closely with Dealers, Service, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align resources and achieve business objectives.

The typical pay range for this role is $152,000 - $190,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
