Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Events and Experiential Marketing to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a comprehensive events portfolio.

You will drive brand awareness, dealer loyalty, and customer engagement through luxury destinations, tradeshows, and internal events. The role reports to the Senior Director, Channel and Field Marketing and requires strong leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration across internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual event marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Plan and manage experiential travel rewards and dealer recognition programs domestically and internationally.
• Oversee destination management, travel logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event evaluation.
• Coordinate with executive teams and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
• Lead end-to-end planning of industry and vertical market tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Develop statements of work, negotiate contracts, and ensure agency accountability.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to assess ROI and pipeline.
• Evaluate sponsorships to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
