PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Consulting to lead its North America Solution Consulting organization. You will shape the strategy, align with Sales and Product, and scale the team and methodologies to improve win rates and net revenue retention.

You will hire and coach top talent, drive POVs and reference architectures for strategic accounts, and ensure executive-level sponsorship and successful customer outcomes across Enterprise, Commercial, and Architecture segments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical sales with at least 3 years in senior-level people management.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for PagerDuty's North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org, spanningSA & EVT across segments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to influence product direction and customer outcomes.
• Build scalable playbooks, POVs, and demo standards adopted across the field organization.
