Job summary

PagerDuty seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead as the technical face of PagerDuty for the US region, collaborating with CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering. You will bridge customer strategic needs with product roadmap, evangelize the Operations Cloud, and mentor technical sales teams across major enterprises.

You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape long-term roadmaps, guide complex transformations, and ensure customers realize digital resilience and automation

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management in SaaS/DevOps/cloud infra.
• Proven track record with C-level executives at Fortune 500/global enterprises.
• Strong ability to influence sales cycles and understand customer buying journeys.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic technical advisor for US enterprise accounts.
• evangelize PagerDuty Operations Cloud to CTOs, CIOs, and VP-level stakeholders.
• Drive architectural oversight and alignment with product/engineering leadership.
• Represent PagerDuty at industry events and with executive audiences.
• Develop and mentor senior sales teams on AI, SRE maturity, and digital transformation.
• Identify market shifts and advise on competitive positioning.
