Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre‑sales or technical pre‑sales roles.
• Experience selling SaaS in competitive environments.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify roadblocks and propose technical solutions.
• Lead technical discovery to understand customer environments.
• Design integrations with customer tech stacks.
• Answer technical questions in RFPs/RFIs/security questionnaires.
• Explain PagerDuty's value to engineers and executives.
• Support discovery of 375+ native integrations.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage multiple tasks with project and account management skills.
• Learn quickly and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
