- Experience selling SaaS/Cloud technologies to IT operations & engineering.

- Define vision for NA Solution Consulting & Value Engineering org across segments.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to drive success.
- Build scalable playbooks and centers of excellence for demos and POVs.
- Hire and mentor top talent to sustain growth.
- Lead executives through strategic technical evaluations and POVs.
- Own customer journey to protect and grow net revenue retention.
- Develop AI-powered tools and automation to scale sales motions.
