Job summary

PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Consulting to lead North America Solution Consulting & Value Engineering, spanning SAs, demo engineers, and value engineers for Strategic through Enterprise segments.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to drive product direction, customer success, and net revenue retention, building scalable systems and a Global Center of Excellence with repeatable engagement frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in technical sales with at least 3 years in a senior people-management role.
• Strategic leadership: partner with sales leadership to drive revenue across diverse customer bases.
• Technical proficiency: SaaS/cloud technologies; experience selling to IT Ops, Eng, or CTO offices; cloud infra familiarity.
• Problem-solving: strong analytical capabilities in fast-moving environments.
• Communication: ability to present to senior executives and discuss architecture with engineers.
• Metrics-driven: track SC leadership metrics including win rate and ARR influenced by CS.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the NA Solution Consulting vision, building a Global Center of Excellence.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Revenue leadership to influence product direction and customer success.
• Develop scalable playbooks, demos standards, POV methodology, and repeatable engagement processes.
• Hire and mentor a high-performing team and drive career development.
• Drive innovative AI-powered tools to scale repeatable technical sales motions and reduce costs.
• Own the full customer journey, protecting and growing net revenue retention and POVs.
