Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of customer, commercial, operational, and financial KPIs.
• Establish a trusted view of enterprise performance across metrics.
• Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities; distinguish short-term fluctuations.
• Develop analytical frameworks that provide visibility into drivers of performance.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to understand performance outcomes and propose corrective actions.
• Evaluate performance across markets, customer segments, sales channels, products, and operations.
• Own the development of executive scorecards, dashboards, and reviews.
• Ensure reporting explains drivers, implications, and actions behind results.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop performance narratives for decision-making.
• Deliver concise, actionable insights that simplify complex issues.
