Job summary

Mediassociates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics to lead day-to-day reporting execution across a portfolio of client accounts. You will work cross-functionally with Account, Planning, and Technology teams and mentor junior staff while delivering actionable insights.

You will build and refine insights reporting, surface trends, and identify optimization opportunities, ensuring timely delivery and high quality client communications across the East Coast and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing/analytics, reporting, or insights; mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting workstreams across accounts, developing dashboards and recurring client reports.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities within reporting frameworks.
• Translate data into clear findings and recommendations for internal teams and clients, with minimal oversight.
• Manage reporting timelines and coordinate with offshore analytics partners to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Mentor junior analytics staff on analytical technique, client communication, and reporting best practices.
