Mediacom Communications Corporation seeks a Senior Director, Performance Insights to lead enterprise analytics, executive reporting, KPI management, and business storytelling across customer, commercial, operational, and financial functions.

The leader will partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Product, Technology, and Operations to translate data into actionable narratives, develop dashboards with Tableau/Power BI, and drive proactive performance management for senior

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive analytics, BI, or strategy experience.
• Advanced SQL with large datasets analysis.
• Experience building executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance analytics across customer, commercial, ops, and financials.
• Own executive scorecards, dashboards, and business reviews as primary truth source.
• Partner with senior leaders to craft performance narratives for decisions.
• Develop scalable reporting environments using Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle Analytics.
• Mentor analysts and drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Enable proactive performance management and forecasting activities.
