Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Programs, Enablement, and Operations to lead and scale enterprise partner motions from a remote location.

The role shapes strategy and execution for partner programs, driving governance, program requirements, and enablement across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to align offerings with business priorities and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9-11 years in partner programs, channel strategy, or related fields.
• Experience in software, cloud, or cybersecurity ecosystems with complex partner motions.
• Proven success in designing and scaling partner and enablement programs.
• Strong program-management skills, including planning and metrics.
• Ability to transition between strategy and execution effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Partner Programs, Enablement, and Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will shape the strategy and execution of partner programs that support growth across the company’s ecosystem. The role will bring structure to partner segmentation, lifecycle management, governance, and enablement while helping ensure partner motions are scalable, measurable, and aligned to business priorities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define partner-ready offerings, establish operating rhythms, and drive consistent outcomes across the partner organization.
