Ping Identity is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Director, Partner Programs, Enablement & Operations to build the operating system that helps our partners create pipeline, win business, and deliver customer outcomes. This role combines program design, enablement, and chief-of-staff style leadership for a scalable partner function.

The ideal candidate translates channel strategy into repeatable programs, equips internal teams, and establishes cadence required to scale our partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 9–11 years in partner programs, channel strategy, alliances, or revenue operations.
• Experience designing and scaling partner programs or enablement.
• Strong program-management and operating-rhythm skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage a coherent partner-program framework across recruitment, onboarding, activation, and lifecycle management.
• Define enablement journeys for partner executives, sellers, and delivery teams.
• Act as chief-of-staff for the partner organization with annual/quarterly planning and cadence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to close readiness gaps and eliminate duplication.
• Build dashboards and metrics linking partner activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Drive executive and cross-functional alignment on partner priorities and investments.
