Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead strategic planning and manage large, complex client engagements in the US. The role is external-facing and focuses on delivering contractual obligations and maximizing client satisfaction.

You will build partnerships across departments, drive performance, and guide enterprise-scale initiatives with AI and automation integration. You will manage multiple projects, develop reporting, and align delivery with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years in an Operations managerial role.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and influence without direct authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Experience managing programs with enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational success against KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead and develop the Operations team and talent pipeline.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional partners.
• Develop Operations strategy and roadmaps, incorporating AI and automation.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract/financial analyses to optimize value.
