Job summary

Ensono seeks an experienced Client Engagement Director to drive strategic growth, strengthen senior-level client relationships, and ensure successful delivery across an enterprise client portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, articulate technology value to business leaders, and shape opportunities from discovery through contract execution.

The role offers remote work within the United States, with a competitive compensation package including base salary and incentive plans.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior level sales leadership experience with accountability for enterprise client relationships.
• Proven consultative sales experience, preferably in technology or managed services.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing, reporting, and forecasting sales pipelines with accuracy; experience closing complex deals.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct line authority.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive strong client relationships with thought leadership and alignment of client needs to Ensono offerings.
• Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers to grow revenue and opportunities across Ensono’s portfolio.
• Lead proposal development, negotiate terms, and monitor sales trends for account planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Translate business and technology value clearly to diverse audiences and act as trusted IT advisor.
