Zusammenfassung

Ensono is seeking a senior strategist to sit with the executive team, shape enterprise strategy, and drive the annual strategy cycle from ideation through execution. You will work across functions to connect dots and bring forward original ideas, reporting to the CEO and board as needed.

You will own the end-to-end strategy process, stand up initiatives, and ensure portfolio accountability through ELT and monthly reviews, including coordination of executive forums and board materials.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy operations, consulting, corporate development, or chief-of-staff roles.
• 3+ years working directly with C-suite executives.
• Evidence of original strategic thinking and executive-grade communication.
• Discretion with confidential information.

• This role sits at the center of how Ensono sets and executes strategy, with regular exposure to the CEO, President, executive team, board, and investors.
• It is designed as a path to broader strategy leadership, with growing ownership of the strategy cycle, corporate development, and executive forums.

• Coordinate and run executive forums including the monthly business review and AI program standup, and prepare materials for the board and private equity sponsor.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, strategy operations, consulting, corporate development, or chief-of-staff roles, with 3+ years working directly with C-suite executives.
• Evidence of original strategic thinking, strong structured problem solving, financial fluency, and executive-grade communication.
