Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Base Account Management to lead a high‑performing team responsible for day‑to‑day delivery across partner accounts. You will set strategy, govern performance, and drive revenue growth while ensuring partner satisfaction.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize delivery, renewals, and profitability, establishing standards and governance to scale our managed services across multi‑partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in client-facing account management, leadership, or operations.
• 7+ years leading or mentoring account management teams.
• Proven track record of revenue retention, profitability improvements, and account growth.
