Job summary

Ensono is seeking a results-driven Client Engagement Director to lead strategic growth and client satisfaction across an assigned portfolio of enterprise clients. You will manage senior-level relationships, leverage cross-functional resources, and ensure strong execution throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle in a remote US setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with consultative sales in technology or managed services.
• Ability to forecast pipelines accurately and manage complex deals.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with multiple lines of business in client organizations.
• Strong relationship development with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork.
