Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations for a healthcare account.

You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive profitability while upholding quality and safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years of leadership, 2–4 years in healthcare foodservice management with inventory/purchasing knowledge, and knowledge of food cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe® certification a plus.
• Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of the company.

Responsibilities

• Operates the department within the approved budget, maximizing client value.
• Ensures the served food maintains superior quality.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintains excellent relationships with guests, clients and other departments.
• Promotes professional growth and development of the team.
• Fosters strong inter-departmental relations and aligns dining with facility operations.
