Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Minimum five years of leadership in foodservice management.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, quality, production, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service is desirable.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
