Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee day-to-day foodservice operations in a healthcare setting. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive profitability of the account.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of leadership, 2–4 years of direct foodservice management, strong focus on quality, sanitation, cost controls, and P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafe® certified a plus.
• Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of the Company.
