Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Sr. Director of Dining Services to lead day-to-day Foodservice operations and a dedicated team. You will manage client relationships, drive account profitability, and mentor talent across the dining program.

The role requires overseeing budgeting, quality, sanitation, and cross-department collaboration, while pushing for growth and operational excellence in patient and community dining programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of additional experience.
• Minimum of five years of proven leadership expertise.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafe® certified a plus.
• Must be forward thinking, proactive and the face of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Foodservice operations and manage a team of employees.
• Manage client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.
• Operate the department within the approved budget while providing value to the client.
• Ensure the food offered is of superior quality and maintain safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and other departments within the community.
• Promote professional growth and development of the entire team and integrate dining with facility plans.
