Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee day‑to‑day foodservice operations at client facilities and lead a large team. You will drive client relationships, profitability, and talent development while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities include budget adherence, quality food standards, safety programs, and cross‑department collaboration to align dining services with facility goals and patient care priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract‑managed service experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates the department within the approved budget, delivering maximum value to the client.
• Ensures the food offered is of superior quality.
• Directs safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
• Maintains excellent relationships with guests, clients, and other departments.
• Promotes professional growth and development of the entire team.
• Fosters strong inter‑departmental relations within the facility’s operations.
